Mother. Educator. Friend. Yogi

Andrea is a certified yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for seventeen years in a variety of contexts and to a wide range of ages.  She has taught family yoga, kids yoga, relaxation, beginner, intermediate,  power yoga, chair yoga, and therapeutic yoga. 


Andrea will motivate and inspire you in her fun loving style.  She will start with a consultation to determine your personal needs so that she can individualize a program for you.

What do I need to join?

You just need a mat (or towel), access to the internet (we use zoom) and yourself.

I have now had the pleasure of being taught yoga by Andrea for a month. She is providing “online” classes twice a week.  Due to a car accident, I was in two years ago I suffer from chronic pain.  Andrea has worked with me, adapting some of the poses so that I can do them while sitting in a chair.  She is very conscious of what my limitation are and accommodates these in our sessions.  Lori, from Private Chair Yoga
